Don't ever never buy frozen food here. They are very very old, not fresh at all. They taste like 100 year old stuffs. Very nasty and gross. And the store don't give you refunds after 6 hours. It's ridiculous!

There were so many instances of bad practices. First one is the cost price of cooking oil is mislabeled. Example, you think you are buying a $2.95 cooking oil, it will check out as $3.15. I call that fraud. Second, watch your money change, if you are not careful, they will short change you. Thirdly, if they made a mistake of making the wrong kind of drink, they will not change it to the right ordered drink. They are really bad. That's all I can say. So, buyers BEWARE

Don’t expect anything except laziness and denial from their so-called “Customer Service” department. Two days ago, I purchased a 1.22 Lb lobster and two packages of rice candy. I discovered when I got home that the two rice candy packages had been put in a separate bag for some insane reason, instead of with the tiny lobster. The candy packages weigh about 1 oz, and are only about 4 x 2 x 0.5 inches. The lobster was already sealed in plastic by the seafood dept. There was no need to separate them. Consequently, not knowing there was a second bag, I unknowingly left with only the lobster. The next day, I went back to the store to the “Customer Service” department to ask if the cashier might have turned in the items to them in case the customer should return to get their missed goods. The fellow, who seemed disturbed at being disrupted from whatever he was doing on his laptop computer, looking in a notebook, and said that nothing had been turned in. I asked, “Well, should I go ask the cashier?” He basically responded that I could try that. None of the three cashiers seemed to have any recollection of who was working the register I’d been at (the previous day at approximately the same time), nor did the register area still have the items. The cashiers seemed more concerned with trying to help me than “Customer Service”, but told me I should go to “Customer Service”, as “Customer Service” would have a record of who was working that register the previous day. I went back to “Customer Service”, and was once again given the run-around, this time by a girl at the desk culminating in her telling me, “The store can’t be paying for items which a customer left behind.” I stated, “You’re paying for nothing. I paid for the items already. All I want is to receive what I paid you for.” It had become apparent they’d rather permanently lose a customer than provide me with what I’d paid for (which incidentally only totaled $1.98 for the two items together), I told her “Fine. Forget it!” and left. What amazing irresponsibility! A meager amount of money, but a wealth of irritation from 168 Asian Mart. Their prices may be low, but if you have a problem, you’ll pay, not them.
