Another one of my friends got her antique engagement ring (handed down through her husband's family) resized and two of the diamonds fell out. Whidby did not tell them this happened, until she came to pick it up and was told that two lesser quality diamonds were put in their place! They charged me $186.00 to resize my engagement ring and wedding band. Which I was told by a good friend who works at a private company and worked years at Bailey Banks and Biddle, that any jewelry store that charges over $40 for resizing is overcharging you. Plus, my ring was not done correct and resized too small. Also, I have researched many of their items, which are overpriced by far. So, basically, if you want to get ripped off and treated like you don't matter, then this is the store for you!
