Terrible business people , it takes communication to run a business. If u can't do something just tell the customer. Dnt keep their vehicle a week and still not have the job done . On top of the employees cursing in back about the customers. The owner should know its not about quanity its quality, that keeps a business afloat . Word of mouth goes a long way. Hire more help , and also some type of license for the business would look just perfect if it could be seen. People be careful , they jus want business .
