Don't waste your time!!! I have been going here for several years but I finally got fed up. First of all, you will sit on hold forever to schedule an appointment or speak to anyone. When you do book your appointment, they don't have any available for MONTHS. Then, they will call you and CANCEL your appointment because the doctor will be "out of the office". Why are you scheduling appointments if the doctor is not going to be in the office??? When I asked to see another doctor on the same day, they acted like it was a huge deal and multiple people would have to "approve" it, even though the other physician had an opening. You cancelled on me and I have the afternoon off work......what is the problem? I finally gave up and found another doctor. If you have unlimited free time with no acute issues, this would be a great clinic. However, if you value your time and have a job........go somewhere else!!!

I hope no one has an acute problem... I called for an acute problem that needed to be addressed promptly. They gave me an appointment a month out. I kept the appointment but had to go to a urgent med care which are not set up for urgent gynecological needs... I kept the appointment with dr Loncart just to make them aware... I don't think it phased them in the least!

Dr. Samples is amazing! I am a retired RN and I trust her so much I recommended my elderly aunt and cousin to her. My aunt loves her...she is very gentle and takes her time with her and explains everything to HER, not to the person bringing her to the office, in my situation, she is friendly yet professional, sensitive and gentle. I had a highly unusual pathology report (benign , not harmful) & we laughed our heads off. She is a keeper!
