This doctor describes and promises a certain treatment plan, but she later changes it to a far more expensive plan without the patient's consent or knowledge. When confronted, she insisted that she knows best, so her patients should never question her decisions!

Dr. Shanaz has been my dentist for over 2 years. From the very onset, my best welfare has been her utmost priority! I have trusted her decisions emphatically! She truly demonstrates her craft with a great artistic skills. She can read your mouth like a navigator in the air or on the seas. We have a relationship, not just as a patient but of someone who truly care about you. Her staff rival her expertise from knowledge of dentistry, insurance requirements to patient and phone contact. I highly respect and admire Dr. Shanaz and her staff and do not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone I know or do not know. My warmest deepest regards to them all. Great Dentist! The dentist gave me straight forward correct answers. Appointment reminders a week in advance with cost of treatment up front. The staff was so warm and friendly. Doctor also indicated incorrect processes followed by my former dentist, which failed to fix a severe problem for me. The office is so nice, big rooms with nice view!~

I was traveling to Madison last year to visit my son and a large filling fell out of my front teeth. My daughter-in-law made an appointment for me with Dr. Iranmanesh, I think that was her name, the very attractive foreign lady. She was very nice as was her staff. Even though she was a little hard to understand, she spoke very good English and seemed very knowledgeable of her work. She did an excellent job replacing my filling and had me out of the office in no time. I wish she was my Dentist, if it weren't for the distance, she would be.

The dentist was a very nice lady, but she had a very heavy foreign accent and was difficult to understand. I had regularly gone to the dentist every 6 months for the last 20 years with no significant problems and on my first visit to this dentist, she found too many problems to be believable. I will not be returning to this dentist for this reason. As for the rest of my visit, I wanted to get a fluoride treatment. The dental hygienist told me that she didnt have time to do it, so I didnt get a fluoride treatment. Maybe there are others who have had a better experience here, but I would recommend finding another dentist.
