Founded in 1986, John-Wesley Villas is an independent retirement community. It offers housekeeping and general maintenance services. The community includes a parlor, library and private dining rooms for entertainment purposes. It provides food and transportation services. Additionally, John-Wesley Villas offers housecleaning services, as well as various art and entertainment programs. The community has a guest apartment and provides banquet space for group meetings. It also offers physician referral services. John-Wesley Villas maintains locations in Macon and Savannah, Ga. The community is owned and operated by Southeastern Retirement, which also operates Winnwood Retirement.
