I have used C&H for many years, the drivers are very professional and courteous. The only problem with the company is their refusal to upgrade their fleet of busses, their busses are of the 1990's. We have stopped using C&H due to their lack of concern of the customer needs to upgrade. We are now using Fabulous out of Savannah a bit more expensive but a much nicer and comfortable ride with all of the amenities we need. With the price C&H charges, you are better off going with Kingsmen out of Conley GA. C&H is a great company but the price they charge for the equipment they produce is outrageous. When/if they get newer equipment I/we would gladly do business with them again. But we're not holding our breath.

My experience with this bus line is of a safety nature. I believe a sign should be erected above the driver that states he is not allowed to carry on a converesation while the bus is in motion. On a recent trip the driver kept turning his head around to see the person he was conversing with and not watching traffic. Another thing that I noticed was the route he took to our destination. Instead of getting on the interstate ioutside Warner Robins and proceeding to Atlanta he chose a very circuitous route by way of Hwy 247 to finally reach the interstate in Macon. He did something about as unconventional coming back. It appeared that he was sticking to the back roads and was being paid by the number of miles traveled. I have never been subjected to such a round-about route in any of my travels.

Has around 40 buses. Does lots of charters for the govt, local schools, as well as tour groups. Not the newest buses, but good ratesand great service. Have used them for 3 years with no problems.
