Provided by YP.comI HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR SPRINKLERS Maddox installed my sprinkler system and they had several issues with installation. First issue is the primary issue. They did a bore under my concrete sidewalk and the sidewalk shifted because of this bore causing a crack in sidewalk. Attempted to contact the company for a month and no one called me back. Today, the owner came out and argued with me that where the crack is not where the bore was; it was in the same square. At the end after I told him I was going to contact the better BBB, he stated he would have fixed it if I did not say that and he just left. I have a recording of him saying this.
Second issue is during installation they cut my neighbors cable line and used electrical tape to put it back together.
Third issue I had is that when they installed my sprinkler system they failed to put clamps on one section. When I called them about this last year about lots of water in the yard they told me it was not from the sprinklers. When they came out this year they admitted that they did not put the clamps on the line. I was paying for this all last year because of the water leak.

Provided by YPmobileAbsolutely awful!!! Do not use them, ever! After using them 2 years in a row for startup and shutdown, the following spring they came out and every single head was broken. They never blew out the lines correctly. Knowing this would now cost $800+ to fix, they claimed it wasn't them that did the shutdown, even though I have them saved in my phone as my only sprinkler resource I have ever used. They conveniently couldn't find the visit record in the system (every single one but that particular shut down), and then I got a bill 3 months later for a start up!!!!! They are absolute con-artists!!!

Provided by YP.comOne word....AWFUL! Requested sprinkler start up online. A salesman (owner) came to the house to quote an irrigation system. My husband said we just want a start up and the owner said he wasn't a technician and didn't know how to work our current system. Brian didn't know how to turn the system, so he turned on manually and once on, he couldn't fix or adjust sprinkler heads. He claimed he didn't know how and he would send a technician. My husband gave him $85 dollars....a week later, no sprinklers came on and our outside box is flooded with water. We called to get a technician out for reasons stated above...sprinklers never came on and box flooded. We received a lot of excuses, blaming, and technicians won't be out for a week and a half. After our repeated requests for help, they said a technician would be over the next day. We received a call saying he would stop by after his job. Another call saying he already was at his next stop and would NOT be coming by. My husband asked for our $85 dollars back because that got us nothing. We do not have a sprinkler start up, a flooded box, no help from the main office, and incompetent owners. DO NOT request anything from this company. Not sure how this company is still in business. Lack of responsibility. Office staff gives excuses with no sense of urgency to keep a potential customer. So sorry I found them.
We are sorry for the frustration. There was confusion in the service requested, and estimator came out instead of a service techinican so he did not have the proper tools. The estimator did make an attempt to start-up the system but the timer would not turn the system on electrically. He ran through the system manually to give an evaluation. We made an attempt to come back and make repairs but we were asked not to. We felt there was miscommunication on both parts so we FULLY refunded the money by check in a timely manner.
