I went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I ordered the french toast sticks and an egg and cheese muffin breakfast sandwich. Part way through the sandwich I noticed that it kept dripping with some liquid. So I put the sandwich down and pulled up the top of the muffin. To my total disgust I found a couple of long haris and attached was some fuzz. I went directly to the counter, and all the girl did was keep looking at what I found. She never offered to replace it, or give me my money back. There was no comment on how sorry she was (like most places would do or say). Needless to say, that experience has left a huge sour taste in my mouth so to speak. She really just kept staring at what I found. Seriously? There was also a girl that was hanging out at the counter on the customer side. She was standing there when I ordered and was still there when I came to show my wonderful finding. Was not very happy that I was treated like it was no big deal.

The girl at the drive thru charged my credit card twice. I called the restaurant to have them fix it, but they said they were too busy and she would call me back later. I can't believe this!

Service was not the best. Food is extremely good but service people tend to forget things and extremely slow.
