Rejuven Family Medicine was started by Rachel Sirois, APRN, FNP-BC. She has more than 12 years experience in healthcare including almost 3 years as a family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Jacksonville University and her first job as a nurse practitioner was in Macclenny at a convenient care clinic.
