Mabel-Canton High School offers a variety of courses that prepare students for postsecondary education. The high school operates through agriculture, art, band, business, English, industrial technology, math, music physical and health education and science and social studies departments. In addition, Mabel-Canton High School offers lessons in Spanish language. The high school promotes student participation in a range of athletic activities, such as basketball, baseball, cheerleading, football, golf, softball, volleyball, and track and filed.
