A good used car buying experience. I called from 200 miles away to ask about one of their cars. Im always skeptical about asking condition from far away. Ivan went out, walked around the car & answered my questions while sitting in it. After I drove up, the car was as described. The few minor blemishes he told me about were there, but the rest of the car was pristine. He let us look the car over in private, never pushy. We drove it for 30 minutes as we were driving an 11 year old car back home 200+ miles. While he was insistent during negotiations as any good salesperson should be, he was NEVER condescending, pushy or rude. He did want to sell us the car and negotiated fairly. We got home and the car drove perfect. The car only had one key & no books. Ivan offered to contact the dealer they got my car from & see if he can track down the previous owner to get those for us. We hope to hear from him soon. We were very happy with Xcite Motors & Ivan.

My wife and I found the vehicle we were looking for at Xcite Motors, we had a wonderful experiance. After having poor experiances and being outright lied to by other dealerships we are so pleased to have found Xcite motors. We recently purchased our 2007 Mazda 3 from Xcite, Ivan was a fantastic salesman, very low pressure and very honest with us. Aside from the carfax report he told us as much history of the car as he knew, as well as his history as a salesman. He offered us a test drive and allowed us to thoroughly test the vehicle, he gave us time to talk alone and did not pressure us into paperwork. There were absolutely no games played here, the used car manager gave me nearly two thousand dollars over book value on my trade in because we needed to roll a small amount into our new loan. Upon discussing financing Ivan was very clear and low pressure about the terms, we were given a very fair rate and we feel a very fair deal for the new loan. I would highly recommend this dealership

I found the car of my wifes dream here. The Mercedes CLK55 AMG. We had issues because we both have been divorced but it was no issue for Sean Dutchover our sales person. We called Sean and told him we wanted to be approved and get a quote on my trade-in before I came down so I would not be having my wife get excited and then get let down because of the games most dealers play. NO GAMES HERE! Sean did exactly what he said he would and he was the kindest most straight to the point sales person we have ever worked with. We got our Mercedes under book and it was about 40K miles under what the car should have had for mileage. Sean presented a car fax before we could ask to see it and had all of the paperwork ready before we got there so we would not have to wait around, however was nice enough to give us time alone to talk and/or walk away if we wanted. We were in and out with our new car in 2 hours. Thats start to finish. . We will definitely be going back for my next dream car - Rich. .
