TLDR; ��Avoid this place completely! Sold me a lemon and refused to cover full cost of repair. Can’t afford having just purchased it from them same day. They lied about repairs, it’s actually a failing $5000 steering rack and multiple oil leaks!�� (Per certified BMW Techs)

I recently purchased a 2010 BMW 328i Xdrive from this car lot. Immediately, I realized that this was a tremendous mistake. The initial viewing was promising, as the car appeared cared for. During the test drive, I thought little of the salesman’s desire to have the music playing. Little did I know it was preventing me from hearing the underlying issues.

Frustrated and worried, I immediately reached out to the car lot who promptly took my car in to have it checked. The determination was that both front wheel bearing/hub assemblies were in risk of failure and steering vibrates.

You would expect that should a customer find an issue as this, immediately after purchasing the car, that any dealership would honor them by covering the repair. Nowhere was this evident on paper or when viewing. It’s my fault for not knowing better than to turn off the interior electronics.

Instead, I was offered half coverage of the problem. I can’t afford to repair this car right now, having spent nearly $10K on the vehicle they just sold me.

I took it to a reputable shop who diagnosed the issue, on advice from a friend, and this shop concluded that the dealer lied about the necessary repairs. My car doesn’t need wheel bearing assembly’s, it needs a $5000 steering rack!

My car is hardly driveable and not roadsafe because of this. They refuse to help. I bought a car and they lied about its condition and knew it had a $5000 failing steering rack that could give out at any time not only endangering me but everyone else on the road!

Do yourself a favor and skip this lot during your journey to a new vehicle. Pathetic service as well as rude and condescending towards those with a language barrier.

10/10 stay the f*** away from here!!!
