Phil Bickley was very courteous and professional while replacing our hot water tank. He explained what needed to be done very patiently and answered all questions. If we need a plumber again in the future, we will specifically request him.

Have used Steve's over the years for small jobs and big jobs- have always been very satisfied. Had Trevor to the house yesterday to fix a leaky valve and he did an excellent job. He was friendly and helpful- great personality too.

Early morning emergency with our hot water heater and called Steve's plumbing on a Saturday. The Amazing Amber scheduled our repairs and even had a tech come immediately before his scheduled work to make sure our water was turned off properly. Amber kept us informed on who was coming and when, and made us feel like our business, and we personally were very important to them. Our tech Phil who had done great work for us in the past, came in on his day off to make sure our work was done perfectly. He replaced our hot water heater and with in a few hours our emergency was fixed. I can't recommend Steve's plumbing enough, their expertise, and efficiency is only exceeded by their friendliness and care for their customers.

I ended up having a water leak right at my water meter. (I did have South West plumbing come out even though I knew they had some historically bad reviews. Unfortunately, they lived up to those reviews) I was referred to Steve's Plumbing from a family member. William came out and was the consummate professional. Even though I felt I could have fixed the problem, I did not want to deal with it. Will took care of it in about an hours time, and in a way that I had never considered. He replaced the broken PVC part as well as some of the other components with new copper tubing. Had I tried to fix this, I would've dug up a large portion around the meter box to make it easier to work on. Will did not have to do this and was able to take care of it right within the meter box. I felt it was a fair price and am extremely happy with the result. Will even checked in w/me the next day to make sure things were ok. I know who to call in the future. Fantastic job, very pleased! They were on time, same day service. Kris was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options on what I needed repaired. Very professional!!!!!!!!

Kris came in repiped our facility kitchen for natural gas. He also helped put in the commercial stove. He worked hard, he worked fast. His confidence was very noticeable!!!! This is my second time using kris for our plumbing issues. We have more plumbing that we needed to have done and we will definitely use Steve's again.

Our toilet started leaking and we called Steve's plumbing. Kris was dispatched out to our home to fix the leak. Kris gave us numerous options and gave the pros and cons of each option. After deciding to replace the toilet kris cleaned up well. He was neat and courteous, very good looking, personable and knowledgable.

I called Steve's Plumbing because of a leaking toilet at my place of business. Steve was able to provide a great deal of information during our telephone consultation. William was the plumber that arrived to assess and repair the problem. He was friendly, proffessional and repaired the leak in a very short amount of time. Mike came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He arrived within the time window promised and called 20 minutes prior to arrival. It was a tough clog and he stuck with it until he could find it and fix it - and stayed within the quoted rate despite the added work and time. He did it all with a great personality and a smile. We've been using Steve's plumbing for 8+ years now and have never been disappointed. We will never use another plumber/service.

Richard explained all of the options for the various repairs clearly. He ands his helper worked continuously until the jobs were complete. They cleaned up and left everything neat. All seems to be going well.

We called Steves on a Saturday to fix a tankless water heater. We were happy they were able to send out Chris to fix the problem. He pulled out the price book and it seemed reasonable to fix the problem. The first tier fix didn't do it so we moved up the line to the second tier. Almost 800 dollars later it seemed fixed. The next day came and so did the problem with the water heater. Chris was able to come back only to determine that it needed a part that he did not have on the truck. Here we are Tuesday and we are still waiting for the part with no hot water. Chris was friendly and helpful. I do not like the price book system. The extra 299.00 or so to gp one step further to check a flow sensor seemed like a rip off.

I've had a lot of work done in the past two years by your tech, Richard. He is always very professional and does an excellent job. I had a new toilet installed today by Richard. He cleaned up the area where the old toilet was prior to installing the new toilet and left everything in its place upon completion. He is very personable and knowledgable in his field and I can count on him to do a great job.
