i took my gibson in this place to have the string height lowered. ny guitar was returned to me after a day and a half later,with great smiles and all.... only to get my guitar home open it to play.realizing it was the worst sounding,buzzing,horribly strung,&obviously a didnt give a less what kind of job was done on it. was told on the way out i would need freett work done in the future but plays grat now beautiful sounding they say as they rush me out the door. problem...yep.. they filed the bridge down so far every single frett buzzes....they filed the nut down so far it lays on the neck...they also sugessted a new bone nut and bridge for the guitar.. funny thing is that was what i asked for in the first place when i went in there.. i would like a bone nut and saddle put on how much? anyways it was returned to me the way i descriebed to you ALL....and charged 58.00 dollars for this of srevices,which clearly turned out to show what lengths of greed they showed off..

As a professionl musician I've relied on KK's repair shop for work on my Gibson bass and my grandson's tenor sax. Paul Woltz is the best sax repair pro in the world. Count on the folks to do it right the first time. Music is the heart and soul of the world, so let those kids rent and play......you will ALWAYS be glad you did.

Their repair department is top notch, friendly, courteous and competent. I also thought their sales staff was really helpful. My first choice in the area for a music store.

I can't really say enough for the great service I received from the staff of Kennelly. I was extremely frustrated with the guitar that I have had for years. I was considering selling the guitar and giving up for good. They looked at the guitar and appraised it for me, but assured me that new strings and a tune up would again restore my guitar to pitch perfection. (As much as I'm capable...) They did a fantastic job. My guitar has never sounded better. I am rejuvenated with excitement and with a few tips and advice from their knowlegeable staff, I am enjoying playing again. If I ever need another guitar or any other instrument or service, I will surely choose them again. Thier service is very reasonable and the knowlege of thier staff is superior. Much better than any place I have been prior.
