This is the worst property manager in Lynnwood. He wastes homeowners' money by screwing up every project he "manages", so they have to be done a second or third time. He doesn't research lowest bids, just uses businesses close to his office on Hwy 99. He refuses to communicate with homeowners, ignores safety issues with electrical work, and makes changes with contractors that create problelms instead of solving them. If you want your property to be safe, attractive, and to increase in value, DON'T hire this property manager.

This guy is terrible. He doesn't get lowest bids, won't talk to homowners, will only work with HOA board. The projects he oversees always have problems and need to be corrected or redone. He refuses to get homeowner preferences before making bad and stupid judgement calls, like deciding fences don't need gates for homeowners to come and go. You can do much better. If I wasn't in a condo, I wouldn't pay him another penny.
