I went to this branch to exchange foreign currency, and the US Bank staff was great while I waited my turn for the person who handles the exchanges. They greeted me right away, offered me coffee, tea, or water, and answered some other questions I had. Very nice, professional people! And having a place to exchange dollars for Euros without waiting two days is a great service.

Terrible Service!!! I went into this office to apply for a loan. I was told that I needed to open a checking account, set up direct deposit, apply for a credit card and then wait 3 months to have an established account. I did this and then I was declined for the loan due to too many credit inquiries, too much revolving credit and length of time as a customer. I have great credit, no debt and dual income. All the reasons for the decline were due to what the loan officer said I had to do. I never got a call from the personal banker. I finally called in February and I was told the application was more than 30 days old so they could not look at it again unless I reapplied. I feel like this was a bait and switch. Please come in and open all these accounts and then we will decline you but you won't want to go through the pain of closing everything... This was the worst experience I have had at a bank!
