Owner-Assisted Property ServicesSM is a company that offers innovative professional Real Estate Services at flat, adjustable and scaleable rates for property Owners who want to sell their property in today's Real Estate market. There are two basic reasons why we can afford to offer these rates without compromising our Customer Service or Business goals: Reduction in Business Costs. We believe that Property Services can be achieved by using the internet, phone or fax. In today's internet world, a "brick and mortar" building is not required to conduct many businesses. We believe that Real Estate is one of those businesses. For this reason, we conduct business from our home offices and benefit from a more efficient operation with reduced travel and significant savings that we pass on to our Clients! Acceptance for Commission Rate Change. We have noticed that many property values have tripled since 1999 while traditional Real Estate Broker commission rates remained the same (4-6%), allowing the Broker to earn three times what they earned in 1999. This issue is a growing concern among property Owners who ask, "Why are Brokers using the same rate? Shouldn't the rates be relative to the market?" Accepting the need for commission rate change, we adopted flat, adjustable and scaleable rates that make sense in today's Real Estate market! Additionally, we offer Property Services (a la carte) that are not offered by other companies.
