Pickering Middle School, located in Lynn, Mass., offers educational programs to more than 600 students in grades six through eight. It provides classes in various subjects that include social studies, language arts, science, physical education, mathematics and computers. The school s subjects also include foreign languages, health education and English. It offers a wide variety of sports activities, including volleyball, basketball, softball, football, cross country, soccer, tennis, golf and cheerleading. The extracurricular activities provided by the school include drama, band, choir, orchestra, a student council and the National Honor Society. It also has a library that offers an online catalog. The school is a part of the Lynn Public Schools.
