The office drama is obvious.I have witness many arguments among the staff. Some trainers are unorganized and even careless.The receptionist decided that I would have to be discharged 2 months (day for day) after my start day.She first told me that I don't have any insurance to cover the bills than she said that the insurance would not cover more than a certain amount of visits (19 that is).When I mention to the trainer that I wasn't completely healed because I still feel a pinch on my neck when I do certain movement, he told me that a whiplash takes time to heal and I should continue to do the stretches at home. He then said that I have been going there for a while and he is going to discharge me because the insurance won't pay for more visits. Which is absolutely false! My lawyer contacted their office and she was told that it must have been a misunderstanding between the trainer and receptionist and I should go back to complete my treatment. I would not recommend that place at all.
