Our Policies 1. Canceling Appointments: Please call us to let us know 24 hours in advance of your cancellation, It will be very much appreciated. 2. Additional Cleaning Request: Please let us know at time of arrival if there is a special request or extra services that are needed, If you can not be present at the time of arrival you may leave a note or list, but please be advised there may be additional charges on your bill. (We Are Here To Serve Your Cleaning Needs, And Provide You With Satisfactory Service) 3. Guarantee: We do provide a satisfaction guarantee, As a customer of Bays Best Cleaning Service we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you may not be satisfied we will return and make sure to correct the problem. you the customer should walk through the home to assure everything is satisfactory, if there is a problem you should call right away so we may return in a timely manner, in some cases it may be late in the day and will not permit our same day return, if it is an emergency that you are having guests or a party etc.... we will return the same day regardless of the time. (NO EXTRA CHARGE) (We Are Here To Serve Your Cleaning Needs, And Provide You With Satisfactory Service) 4. Please accurately define the level of cleaning in your home prior to cleaning appointment. For Example: John Doe informed us that his home requires basic cleaning but upon arrival it requires deep cleaning. John Doe also informed us his home is small but it is actually large in size and has 2 levels instead of 1. We ask our customers to be as honest as possible, read our policies and provide accurate description of your home. Levels and definitions listed below: * Light Cleaning - light cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up. * Basic Cleaning - basic cleaning rates apply only to spaces that has been maintained once per month or every couple of weeks and has 2 layers of dirt build up. * Deep Cleaning - Deep cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have NOT been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up. * We reserve the right to discontinue service if payment is not met. * There is a $30 charge attached to checks that are returned as a result of the payer's account having insufficient funds. * We ask that you secure your pet to avoid exposure to hazardous chemicals. :-)
