This is the first bad review i ever wrote. I went to Melrays for a bedroom set and a dining set. I choose Melrays because of all the "great" reviews i read about. I went there and didnt find anything in the store I liked but i picked out furniture from a catalog. I was a little skeptical ordering furniture without seeing it in person but with the "great" reputation this place had, i figured I would go for it, and they guarenteed me 2 week delivery. 2 weeks turned into 2 months..the way they spoke to me and handled the whole thing was beyond disrespectful. They lied through there teeth trying to make up for previous lies they told me. They never called me to update me, and when i called they wouldnt answer the phone. A 2-week guaranteed delivery took 2 months! They never apologized, they never called to update on what was going on, i had to call them every day to find out what was going on. They gave me the run-around for 2 months. A bunch of liars. Horrible business!!

Great furnature.....horrable customer service.....delivery is an issue....took almost 5 months for the correct order. Maria a mean woman in my opinion who claims to be an owner, she picks fights with customers. I am a person that loves to support the independent local stores...these people do not appreciate the business. Although I live in north arlington and love to see our businesses thrive...I would recommend another whole sale store. Besides in my opinion its dirty and looks as though this place had seen better days.
