As the son of a Worker Comp judge, Mr. Evans has provided Worker Compensation services for over 35 years. Has also handled very large personal injury cases. Mr. Evans has been in private practice in Lynchburg, Virginia since 1975 and is licensed by the Virginia State Bar. His practice focuses primarily on representation of employees in workers compensation claims and plaintiffs in personal injury claims. He also specializes in handling real estate matters and general litigation, both civil and criminal.
