Banker Steel Company is an American Institute of Steel Construction-certified steel fabricator headquartered in Virginia. The company partnered with Montague-Betts, an investment and real estate company, in 1997 and employs more than 100 people. The company specializes in projects up to 7,500 tons, servicing the entire East Coast, and provides a package that includes structural and miscellaneous steel, office and field support and products fabricated on time. Its facility includes more than 20 overhead cranes, a temperature-controlled paint bay and a bridge shop that utilizes an eight-wheel blast machine and submerged arc welders.
