With the Jack Daniel’s distillery only a barrel roll away, we found a surprising and unique way to include this “Charcoal Mellowed Tennessee Whiskey”. You can’t cook a pizza in a wood-fired Neapolitan oven with charcoal. Nor can you pour whiskey over your pizza…unless you want to at home. But you can use Jack Daniel’s and Frank Sinatra barrel staves and bungs as the wood to fuel the fire. Not only is this a sustainable solution, but it’s downright awesome. Each pizza has the essence of Jack and Frank cooked right into it.
