Continental Western Group consists of Continental Western Insurance Company, Union Insurance Company and Tri-State Insurance Company of Minnesota. The group writes a full array of commercial casualty and property coverage, including specialty programs for fire departments, public entities, motor carriers and agriculture businesses. It provides policies for business owners, equipment dealers, truckers, farmers, contractors and emergency medical service technicians. CWG also serves the telecom, restaurant, loss control and church markets. The company distributes its products through an independent agency system in more than 17 Midwest and Pacific Northwest states. Continental Western Group was established in 1999 and maintains a location in Luverne, Minn.
