Purchased a 2003 4runner from Mannix Motors. They failed to inform me of a giant split running the length of the dash before I placed a holding deposit. They refused to refund the deposit afterwards. The a/c system needing charging. Instead of charging the system, they hard-wired the compressor to the fuse box to 'force' the a/c compressor to work. Only after the a/c quit working 2 days after purchase and a thorough (expensive) electrical investigation was this discovered. Please save yourself the headache and purchase somewhere credible.

Purchased a 2006 Ford E-250 from Mannix Motors on 12/31/09. Windshield had a number of dings and chips in it.Against my better judgment I took possession of the vehicle with a promise of "it's no big deal, it can be repaired" and written we owe agreement for repair.The windshield repair man came out and said a repair will not work. Mannix Motors is now demanding I pay the difference between a repair and the cost of a new or used windshield. They are quite rude in their demands that I pay more.To top it off they lost the registration given to them on 12/31 and I had to get another one. It was only 5 bucks but it is something they should have paid for since they lost it.
