I hate car shopping but decided to go to Factory autos they are just down the road from us and knew they had been selling cars a few years.It was an easy buy as we needed to upgrade and they were willing to work with us on trade in and price of the car we wanted.In 2 days we had the car able to pay cash[,Hate car payments}so very satisfied with the whole outcome.It was a pleasure no hassle would buy again Best Regards Wendy Roger

I see a guy with a YouTube video telling how he had a GEM in a BMW 540, and Bob and Todd low balled him. Let me say right now I done a few transaction 4 and these guys are straight shooters, honest and they tell it like it is no dance and floss. Im driving a Saab right now that I got from Todd and it runs great! another car I had got for my wife had an engine problem that they fixed 4 mos later for free!

I had a great car-buying experience with the Factory Direct Auto guys. After falling from "great credit heaven" a few years ago due to housing market/divorce issues, I didn't expect much when I started looking, but they were awesome: Honest, fair, caring... & great cars! No pressure, not "slick" & fast-talking.. Todd even gave me a smart strategy to make the best out of my situation. I definitely recommend them.

After watching this car lot for over 5 years seeing the turnover of vehicles I finally found my match. I had been visiting FDA for awhile and even got to know Todd and Harley (Dog) I was never pressured nor was I made to feel guilty when I left saying "one day". Well one day has happened and my 2003 Explorer is now mine. The vehicle had not even been detailed yet and it was super clean. I had it checked by a mechanic and now after several months very satisfied by the transaction. Now I am heading back to find a vehicle for my son...then my daughters!! Just sent some friends there too!! FDA knows success is satifying customers...and NO I am NOT related!!

I didnt get hassled and they had "clean" cars. Im so sick of looking at nasty cars being sold with problems. Everything I looked at was clean, they smelled nice, they were sharp looking. Its just the little things that made me freel comfortable enough to do a deal. My 2 cents.

I believe a positive review should be written about a business when deserved. We bought a 2002 VW Passat in 2008 and a 2004 Ford Ranger in 2009 from Factory Direct Auto. Both good deals, with no troubles, and are still being driven. I had a minor issue with the Ranger this past year, they helped out with no questions asked. Thats my personal experience. -Jeff N.P.R

WOW!!! I searched for over six months for a car dealer with fair prices and reliable cars. Finally after visiting dozens of dealerships and car lots, I found "Factory Direct Auto". I bought a beautiful Camaro with all the bells and whistles from Todd a few months ago and I am so glad I did. Buying my car there saved me literally thousands of dollars! I was very impressed with the overall condition and prices of his inventory. Every car on the lot was in great condition inside and out, most importantly under the hood as well. The most outstanding thing about this dealership is that they don't play "any" of the games that all the other dealers play. You will get a more than fair price from the start. There is no haggling or hidden fees. It is nice to shop at a dealership where there is a variety of nice cars to choose from "without" the pressure of a pushy salesperson around that is just interested in making a sale. When it is time for a newer model or just a second car, I will definitely be returning to Factory Direct Auto.

Very nice people, and they don't act like car guys. I didn't buy anything through almost 6 months of looking, and they never got mad or acted like I wasted their time even though I kept coming back to look. They are very good. I went shopping last week at dealers trying to get information on cars for my daughter. I found them on craigslist and went to look. They gave me a lot of information without me having to ask and even let me leave withought bothering me which was nice. I went the following day (Sat) and bought a really nice Passat for my daughter.
