Unreliable -- repeatedly (3 times) failed to meet promised dates of delivery ... even after the owner swore to follow thru after the second time.



Mediocre customer service -- on each trip to the store, NOT ONCE did anyone offer an apology for the delay nor for the inconvenience of having to travel out to the store on three separate occasions. Instead, manager/employees made excuses for not having the work completed ("We're really swamped -- come back later.")



I truly felt that my business was not important to them; in fact, they made me feel as if I were inconveniencing THEM with my business.

Unreliable (Repeatedly missed store-promised deadlines); Mediocre customer service (Never once accepted responsibility for their delays nor apologized for inconveniences caused -- only offered poor excuses).
