I will never use Fred's Tag & Title again. First of all Bobbi was not the most polite. She told me that I needed a buyers order and had to pay taxes on the buyers fee because it came from an auction. So going through Fred's I paid more money in taxes plus a $20.00 electronic registration fee that I wasn't informed about until afterwards. I called MVA twice and asked them about it and they said I should only pay taxes on the price of the vehicle. I called Bobbi and told her what MVA said and she said that they were wrong. Then asked for a name of who I spoke with and said she'd call me back with a supervisor on the line to prove that she was right, which never happened. I took two other vehicles to MVA three days later and was told that I did need a buyers order but, I wasn't suppose to pay taxes on the buyers fee. On top of that I received my titles from MVA back in 7 days and still waiting for the title from Fred's. I don't recommend Fred's to anyone. A bad attitude and paying unnecessary fees equals an unsatisfied customer.
