I have had my Dodge Grand Caravan serviced by Miller Ford since it was new,but the last time I went there,my brakes were making some noise so I asked them to look at them. They told me I needed new front and rear brakes and the cost would be about 360.00-400.00.I decided to wait to have the work done and left after the oil change. A week later, I recieved a mailing from them which said all my brakes needed to be done right away, AND I needed 2 new rotors on the front at 100.00 each. I wound up doing the work myself and found that only the rear brakes needed to be done, not the front which had more than 50% pad still, and the rotors were still like new.(the car only has 20,000 miles) The moral of the story is, their service dept will sell you anything through lies, and they are persistant with their mailings and fear tactics.
Purchased 2010 Ford Escape, Had a questions- did not return 6 phone calls. Poor customer service. Never will buy there again. This is how they treated a repeat customer. Poor customer service, In today' environment, you'd think they would return a call!
So here's the story - wanted a specific car they did not have on the lot. Received a phome call from their internet sales dept stating the car was ordered and on its way, and to stop in that evening to go over the paperwork. Stopped in that night, was told again the car was on its way. Waited an hour, then was told they don't have the car, that they never had the car, and that we needed to do paperwork to order.Bottom line, I was lied to - directly, twice. In my opion, this is the epitomy of bad customer service and would stress to anyone who reads this review to choose another Ford dealership. In a sense, this was downright almost fraudulent and reminiscent of old bait-and-switch tactics.
