I work in the oilfield and stay gone a lot. My wife wanted a new car and I usually do most of the transactions when dealing with sales people. I've never done business with these people before so I told her to give them a try and to pay attention to detail!! She tells them what she is looking for and the price range we were willing to work with and they happily agreed they could oblige her with a dodge citadel from another dealer. So she agrees to it they have the other car brought over a few days later wife goes up to the dealer and does the paper work she calls me very happy about her first brand new car. Then about 1 hour later she calls back crying and saying that it wasn't what she agreed to after all they had put her in Durango crew with an expensive note. She went back to talk with them that day she said that they treated her like she was stupid and wouldn't try to help her in the slightest bit. I called and complained they put her in a citadel for more than what we wanted to spend but I couldn't stand her first car buying experience to go that way. I will not give these people any more of my money. I strongly advise anyone not to do business with these people they are shady people with no character or integrity.

The parts department was horrible. I told them exactly what I wanted. The man ordered it the next day I went to go get it. When I got there I looked at the part, It was wronge, so I ordered it again, the next day I went back and again it was the wrong part. I had to get the manager to order the part befor I got the right part for my truck.
