Been going to see Dr Taylor for over 2 years. I have nothing but praise for him and the staff in the office. They schedule you right away and they are really nice.

Apparently the receptionist is in control at this office. I went to see the doctor because of a pop in my mid back and pain and the receptionist informed me I needed an x-ray and I should go to the emergency room, which I did. I have insurance, I work fulll time so I do not know why the receptionist decided to diagnose me. The emergency room doctor felt up and down my spine with his two thumbs. I had mid-back sprain and no x-ray, sent me home with medicine for muscle spasms. The E.R. doctor didn't understand why the receptionist at Ludlow Primary Care sent me to the E.R. without seeing the doctor either. I'm sure she does not have a medical degree and I am sure the doctors at Ludlow Primary Care do not even realize their receptionist is turning patients a way. I thought this would be a good place to start going since I live in Ludlow but I guess I will continue to go to my regular doctor in Ft.Mitchell where their receptionist does not turn patients a way.
