Check bag. Always! I have went to this Burger King three times this week and each time ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich ADD TOMATO and guess what, no tomato was added any of the three times it was ordered. I payed extra, (granted, it's a very small charge) and never got any of my sandwiches as ordered, even though it's on the receipt that tomato was to be added. There is no excuse, they weren't even busy. Ridiculous.

Lunch crew is awesome! However the later into the night it gets the crew has a tendency to mess up orders and seem "bothered" to take my order. It takes up to 30 seconds to be greeted at the speaker, even when there's only one customer car in the parking lot and no other drive-thru cars. What happened to 5 seconds before a greeting? I've worked fast food and I know that this is just lazy. My order has been messed up several times later in the evening and the crew is not very friendly in general. They seem to be pre-occupied with their cleaning tasks or smoke breaks. I've actually seen a drive-thru employee smoking behind the building get frustrated when I pulled up to the speaker and had to go back inside to take my order. I was the only car there and it was only 8pm, so it's not like they were getting ready to close or anything, I was simply inconveniencing her. So while I love the day-time service, there needs to be something done about the customer service attitude at night.

I eat here often. Avoid during breakfast hours. The food is good, but the breakfast crew is frustratingly slow and make frequent order mistakes. The lunch crew is fast, friendly, accurate with orders, and the food is always great. The food quality tapers slightly for the night crew, but they are still very friendly, prompt and accurate.

the food is always good, but check your bag to make sure they got the order right, today I asked for salt pepper and catsup, and I get 14 packets of pepper, NO SALT, No Catsup, I don't think they've gotten our order right in the past year, something is always wrong, or missing, is it sooo hard to read the screen and actually put the right stuff in the bag?
