The 400 square feet living area is equipped with new kitchen appliances, energy efficient windows and door, a full bathroom, private bedroom, ceiling fans and quality light fixtures. The metal roof is in a choice of colors and the cabin has a 100 amp electrical box and 20 gallon water heater. Custom upgrades include 8 foot loft,10 foot porch extention and interior touches like corner pantry, TV/Phone jack, linen closet, window seat. Each unit has cathedral beamed ceilings, interior walls of Pine tongue and groove, and oak flooring. This is a comfortable, efficient cabin with uses for any lifestyle...Fishing/Hunting Camp/ Guest House/ Weekend Get-away/ Artist Studio/ Sales Office/ Rental Cabin.
