I purchased a tuff shed through home depot in may 2013. Took me calling and going back up to home depot twice before they got back to me to set up a date. After install was not happy. You could pick up the roof on the sides more than 2 feet, nails left, just overall a sloppy job. Called to complain and took forever to get someone to call me back. I had to get management from home depot to help with this process. When the contractors came back out all they did was glue shingles down. No tar paper under the shingles at all. Tuff shed agreed there should be tar paper. I was told management at tuff shed was very poor along with a staff they could not keep. Pretty much decided we were not going to get anywhere with this company. Made more complaints with home depot but never heard back. Here it is in July and someone from tuff shed calls me. Shared my story and problems, he decided to come visit my home and take a look. After seeing my shed he agrees with the poor job and customer service and tells me they are going to redo my roof completely. He tells me the management has changed and they are trying to clean up the bad customer service. At this point I am feeling better and looking forward to finally fixing this problem. Well...that was the last we have heard. A month later here we are again. No contact at all. Obviously this company had many issues. I would not recommend using tuff shed out of Lubbock tx at all!!! If I knew then what I know now I would have choose something different for sure!
