I love these guys. Very friendly and know their stuff

I dropped off my computer at Techncially Nerds about a week ago because it was infected with a virus. Apparently this particular virus has been going around lately for the past few years. When I came in, Brian was telling me that he sees this quite a bit and in fact it's more of a scam than anything. He went on to tell me that these "companies" are all over the world and they use these programs to steal credit card information from people. Good thing I took it in, I was about to be swindled. Anywhoo, I asked him how long it would take to get the computer back, and he said that I could have it back either that day, or the next. Depending on how bad it was. Low and behold, I had it back that very next day! Another thing that he told me was that they give all virus removals a 30-day warranty, so if there was another virus that got on the computer (even if it wasnt related) then I could take it back within 30-days and have it fixed for free! This blew my mind and sealed the door for any future business with them. I will always take my computer to Technically Nerds.

This is the only place I take my computer to be fixed in Lubbock. They're about half the price and takes about half of the time as the places I've tried.

Whenever I need computer repair, I take my computer here. These guys are great! They always treat me with respect.
