I was in the process of ordering a new item that I've never tried before and employee sounded and made it very clear she was annoyed by my questions on what was included and what my options were (which any employee should be able to answer), she then switched with another employee mid-order and the next woman came speaking to me more abruptly and was just having a very RUDE attitude. I decided to just leave because it really upset me and wasted my limited lunch time, You will definitely send new customers away with such hostility specially when I was the only car in line. It was a horrible experience and I will never return. Management must teach their employees better customer service and mannerisms because not everyone will be a regular client ready to order. IT MIGHT BE A SMALL INCIDENT, BUT IT CAN RUIN SOMEONE'S DAY AND GIVE BAD WORD OF MOUTH REPUTATION FOR YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I understand why people will AVOID THE SUBWAY ON AVE Q, RUDE EMPLOYEES!!
