Great doctors and nurses, horrible front desk staff. None of them ever smile since I started bringing my kids to doctor couch. Acted like they're doing me a favor.

When you see Dr. Rogers the first time, you never see her again - just the NP. Some possible disabilities are not taken seriously enough to be diagnosed. When I thought I was going to see Dr. Rogers, I ended up seeing the NP & she "blew off" the questionaires that I had filled out by several professionals concerning my kid. I'd rather drive the extra miles to Dallas to get care than to ever see her again...and I have - with great results & satisfaction!
