I hired Noe Morales to do an 8' tile block fence, and garage in Odessa, Texas. He came highly recommended by the architect I used, Anthony with Parr II Designs. Noe's estimate for the total job was $33,250. He ask for a down payment of $16,000. I gave Noe the down payment on July-22-2014, and on August 18, 2014, the city of Odessa, cited him with a notice of violation. He did not obtain the proper permits, and he did not dig a footing for the fence. They set the blocks on the existing 6" driveway. At this time I fired Noe, with the understanding he was going to refund my deposit. I have not been able to contact Mr. Morales since then. I would never recommend him for any job. In my opinion he is unqualified to be a contractor. I have reported Mr. Morales to the BBB.

Just want to say thanks for all the great work Noe Morales Construction have done on our home over the years. When we moved in 32 years ago we knew eventually that we would have to start remodeling at some point. Since then Noe Morales Construction have vinyl sided our home, put in replacement windows and a new roof. We solicited many quotes each time and no one provided the total value proposition more than Noe Morales Construction.

The job looks great, there were no leaks from last night`s rain, and all the water ended up running down the downspouts, so I guess it is a success! By the way, the three guys who did the roof were very pleasant and polite. They took very good care of our property, cleaned up nicely, and most impressive to me seemed to take genuine pride in their own good work.

We appreciate the timeliness in which Noe Morales Construction completed the project as well as their talent. The difference between having a professional do the work versus decks built by the homeowner is staggering! It has really made us appreciate what we got for our money!

Noe Morales Construction did an awesome job updating our thirteen year old master bath. They organized the remodel in a timely fashion, paid attention to details, and were conscientious in meeting our every want and need.
