**OWNERS****Sheila McMorris Phillips,** Office Manager and daughter of Cecil, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She also earned an Office Manager degree from American Commercial College in Lubbock.**Kent Phillips,** American Board Certified and Texas Licensed Prosthetist, earned his Associate of Arts degree from South Plains College in Levelland and his Prosthetic Certificate from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.Sheila and Kent have owned Abilene Artificial Limb in Abilene, Texas since 1981. They became co-owners of Lubbock Artificial Limb and Brace in February 2002 after Cecil's retirement and co-owners of Abilene Artificial Limb of Brownwood, Oct. 2004. Sheila and Kent married in 1973 and have 3 sons.**Teresa McMorris Strattan,** Board Certified and Texas Licensed Prosthetist and daughter of Cecil, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and her Prosthetic Certificate from U CLA in Los Angeles, California. She has been employed since 1989.**Keith Strattan,** American Board Certified and Texas Licensed prosthetist, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and his Prosthetist Certificate from Cal State University in Carson City, California. He has been employed since 1994.AMENITY**FOUNDER****Cecil McMorris,** American Board Certified and Texas Licensed prosthetist, is married and has 2 children and 9 GRAND-children. Cecil is a bilateral below knee amputee from the Korean Conflict. He was educated at both UCLA in Los Angeles, California and Northwestern University of Chicago. He has been in prosthetics since 1962.

We are small enough for personal quality care for each patient, but large enough to serve every need. All patients are fitted by Certified and Licensed Prosthetist.
