I have only heard horrible things from other people about Gene Messer Dealerships. But i was an idiot and didnt listen to them. I traded in my wifes car last month for a new ford edge, but I promise you it was NOT at Gene Messer. We were debating on a ford edge, and couple other vehicles. We shopped around, test drove several, and got trade in quotes from other dealers, so we had an idea what her old car was worth. Gene messer offfered us several thousand dollars less than most other dealers, and even $5,000.00 less than our best offer. I told the salesman, and he said, "Sorry, thats the best we can do". In addition, the way he said it was very condescending. I will never purchase a vehicle from ANY Gene Messer Dealer. Trust me, shop around and you will see.

I just wanted to say that Mr. Cole was my service advisor and did an exceptional job. It was obvious his only concern was getting me the help and service I needed. I greatly appreciate his care.

The service dept. is great. The technicians and service advisors were very helpful and professional.
