• Orthopedic Surgery
  During his career, Stan has been affiliated with many high school, college, and professional teams in all sports. He is a member of the Hawkins Shoulder Society as well as several state and national organizations, including a fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and membership in Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery professional society. He also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Athletic Training Program in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at TTUHSC.
• Hip Replacement
  Football injuries and subsequent surgeries during his college years inspired him to work in the off-season as a student athletic trainer, further establishing his passion for sports medicine and developing a deep understanding of the injured athlete.  Ultimately, it was his grandfather, a lifelong farmer, who inspired him to pursue a career in orthopedic surgery after witnessing the restorative effect of hip replacement surgery, allowing his grandfather to maintain an active lifestyle into his early 90s.
• Reconstructive Surgery
  Dr. Joel Campbell is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon practicing in Lubbock, TX, specializing in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee, and elbow.  He received advanced training in complex shoulder reconstruction, knee preservation, cartilage restoration, ligament reconstruction, and the latest in therapeutic biologics during his fellowship at the prestigious Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Greenville, SC.  During this time he was fortunate to work with professional athletes while covering the Colorado Rockies during spring training and the Greenville Drive (Boston Red Sox affiliate) in addition to covering several college and high school teams.  He has a special interest in shoulder arthroplasty/replacement but enjoys treating all patients with ailments of the shoulder, knee, and elbow.
