Jessica L. Spiegelberg DNP, FNP is double boarded as a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and currently practices outpatient mental health care at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in the Department of Psychiatry and Texas Tech University Student Wellness Clinic. She has a background in hospital consultation liaison psychiatry and currently focuses on mood and substance use disorders using an evidence-based practice approach to care by incorporating therapeutic modalities such as brief cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
