When you walk in the door and simply say I need to see if someone can look at this weed eater, never saying, I need this looked at today or I need it by tomorrow, just simply asking if someone could look at it and the lady just looks at me and says, well we can't even look at it until the end of September! Doesn't even ask if we know what the problem is, nothing. Will never walk in here again. Very disappointed in this business. I understand it is a busy time of year, but you could have at least asked a few simple questions, not just brushed me off!
