10/11/10
Provided by YP.comI have always been a fan of this Fazoli't location since it opened several years ago. My kids love it and you do get good value for the money. The service is usually just "so-so" which is to be expected with any fast food in Lubbock and I am used to that. However, on Sunday evening (10/10/10) this "so-so" service slipped to an all time low. A simple request for lemon for iced tea ruined the entire experience for my family. The young lady at the front counter only half-heartedly took our order and conveyed a "matter of fact" attitude when questioned about the recent menu changes. When asked to get more lemon, which was empty at the drink station, she replied "if there's none out there, then we're out". "Really?" was our reply as we're watching another employee give a drive-thru customer lemon with their drink purchases. A male employee overheard the exchange and was able to provide lemon for the drink as well as an apology. This experience was topped off by us getting to observe the same young lady again being rude to another customer who walked up to request a carry out container.....It seemed to be a lot of trouble for her to accomodate this guest. The restaurant appears to have gone thru (or be going thru) a recent remodel and the old welcome feeling just didn't seem to be there anymore. I'm sure we'll still do business here from the drive-thru......Not too sure if we want to spend valuable dollars inside if there's a good chance that we will have a bad experience.
