I find the pharmacists at Drug Emporium are the very nicest in Lubbock, especially Lauren. they take a personal interest in their customers. I won't go anywhere else. Jerry and Shirley

I no longer use this pharmacy. Regular hours are 9-5 on weekdays; reduced hours on Saturdays, begin at 10 a.m. Closed Sundays. Less consumer friendly of recent. months, but recently added a second chair for waiting customers. Prices a little higher than competitors on generic antibiotics (some of which are free at some local pharmacies). A protective, Alpha Male pharmacist seems to thwart any friendly chat with friendlier, female employees. Store is not centrally or conveniently located. Parking lot is sometimes flooded and potholes are not promptly repaired.

I love coming to drug emporium when I come to Lubbock. Its a fun store to browse. So much stuff. WOW! I was in your store July 9th around noon and purchased several items. My only complaint is the lady at the cosmetic counter refused to wait on me. I was in that department for about 30 minutes looking at jewelry and other items. Huge disappointment. Time to find a new favorite store when I come back to Lubbock.

This pharmacy is one of the best in Lubbock. The customer service is awesome. They didn't carry the generic brand of medicine I need. They were happy to order it and it was ready by noon the next day. At least give them a try, and I would bet you will go back!

Has good service just wish the cash registers were a little more up to date! And for the bad review someone gave come on people have lives they have families to go home to! If u see they close at 9 they close at nine not we will wait for someone to call or come at 9.. Just wait till tomorrow when they open again !

Poor customer service. Called at a few minutes till 9:00 on 4-18-12 and was told "you'll have to call back in the morning. We close at 9:00 and we are walking out the door."

Awesome Pharmacy! Chuck and his staff do a great job of taking care of me and my family! They even offer special services for my mom who is in assisted living.
