      Kenn A. Freedman, M.D. Ph.D., serves as the director of the Neuro-ophthalmology Oculoplastic Surgical Service. He received his medical degree and residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. A board-certified ophthalmologist, he joined the practice in 2000 and since 2003 has served as the Clinic Medical Director for the Texas Tech Physicians Eye Clinic.
