We are a Pole & Aerial fitness studio in Lubbock, TX offering a variety of group fitness classes in a fun, supportive, and judgement-free environment. Aerial fitness is a unique way to gain strength and flexibility while providing you with a creative outlet, stress relief, and improving your physical and mental health! Choose from a variety of dance fitness and wellness classes if aerials arent for you, or do both!
