Had my car towed to Wilson's to have a tank and two tires and inspection done on the 8th of May. The car sat for over a week until I got curious and called them to see how my car was coming along. The girl Felicia told me that they still hadn't found a tank yet for my car (2005 Impala) and that they had to find one still and that it would probably be ready the following Tuesday. Well I called the following Tuesday to see if my car was finished and she again told me I haven't found a tank yet. ugh... To my frustration she tells me probably Friday they would have a tank. So I call again Friday to see if they got a tank and she states yes, but they need $125 up front before she can order the part (odd never had that happen before) but we paid it and didn't ask anymore questions..She told us that the part would be there and by Saturday it would be fixed. So we call again Saturday no answer all day..Monday was a Holiday so we waited until Tuesday to call them. When I called Felicia yet again told me they didn't get the tank until today so it would be fixed by tomorrow. I called back the next day and she had some new excuse as to why it wasn't fixed. Her excuse was that a car had stalled in front of their Bay doors and her husband couldn't get it moved so it wouldn't be until the next day my car would be fixed...UGH...So miffed off I called someone else to have it towed the next day and demanded they give me the tank I paid up front for. Found out they only paid $50 for it but charged me $125...So they ripped us off..not to mention left my car sit for 3 weeks claiming they couldn't find a tank, or there was a family emergency on Saturdays (yeah their emergencies are the races) Over charged me, and then told the person I had come pick up my car from their place that he better be careful and make sure "US people pay him." First off they got their money, Second of all they never had intentions to fix it. DO NOT TRUST WILSONS AUTO REPAIR!
